We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from MudflapCaps. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📅 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Unworn, unused, and free of damage

  • Including all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on where and how to send your package

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before initiating a return.


🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, please complete the return process first.
Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period ( sorry, not currently selling or shipping to the European Union)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned with tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
